Return & Refund Policy (Check & Pay Only):
Physio Orthotics follows a transparent “Check & Pay” policy to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Check & Pay Facility: You are required to inspect the product (size, quality, and condition) in the presence of the delivery person before making the payment.
Instant Return: If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, you must return it immediately to the delivery person.
No Post-Delivery Returns: Due to the medical and hygiene nature of orthotic supports and braces, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery person has left.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if you return the item at the time of delivery due to a valid defect or mismatch. If you have made a pre-payment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
